Matsumoto Architecture and Art Festival 2025 – Annex (3rd Edition)
An art festival that explores the possibilities of architecture through art.
While the first two editions adopted a city-wide, circuit-style format, this third edition transformed the entire Matsumoto City Museum—prior to its demolition—into a single exhibition venue.

For this edition, I served concurrently as General Director, Art Director, and Curator, and was also responsible for the design of all exhibition spaces as well as the complete graphic design.
